Project Studio Program

The Project Studio Program is a one year private studio rented to professional fine artists residing within the New York City metropolitan area.
The program begins Friday, August 1, 2025 and ends Thursday, July 30, 2026.
Application deadline is April 1, 2025.
The building is a non-smoking facility with 24 hour access and elevator service. Applicants must have a local address within reasonable commutable distance to lower Manhattan. Subletting or sharing of project studios is not permitted. Students are not eligible for this program. Accepted artists must provide proof of Covid-19 vaccination.
Application: The requirements are five work samples, resume and your preference for studio size. Please review floorplan and studio images (shown below) before submitting your application. There is no fee to apply.
